Technician was professional and explained everything.

I was not prepared for them to go into attic so they will have to make a return visit. I have a shelf blocking attic access and will have to remove it to give them access. I wish I had known ahead of time they would go into attic.

They are amazing, nice. Helped us get rid of a carpenter ant problem we had in no time. That was three years ago when we bought the house and not problems since. There are very minimal bugs in our house. Also Customer Service is great! I called to follow up on my appointment since it would be me instead of my husband and to get a time frame and they were so nice and gave me a 2 hour time frame. So impressed with them.
