I had what the tech told me was the largest yellow jacket nest they'd seen this year. I found it after being covered in them and stung multiple times before knowing they were there. (I was also told that this was the worst attack they'd heard of this year, lucky me. LOL) The people on the phone were great, very helpful with what I needed, patient and thorough with explanations and (gratefully), very tolerant of me babbling from the surprise of the attack.

Kevin as usual was very prompt and professional. Pleasure to have Kevin servicing our home and we look forward to see him for our next service date.
